Issue 1- From This Point We Will Heal- She Towers Zine

Issue 1 is the first She Towers Zine Issue with a multitude of Indigenous collaboratives!

We are excited to open a platform for a wide array of art from unique creative individuals.

The First Issue is called “From This Point We Will Heal” which is also written in Navajo.

As it is the beginning issue, Founding creative, Kianna Joe, wanted to share what beginning means to other Indigenous people. Throughout the zine, you will see each artist’s medium and how they chose to express what beginning means to them. While each artist had a different interpretation, a continuous theme was starting a process of healing.
